CRL Services
All services are universal and available to the public on a walk-in basis unless otherwise specified.

* CASAS Employability Competency System
(Testing occurs M-Th 1pm to 4pm -must sign up for a seat) This is an assessment of basic reading and math skills that is catered to the individual's current level. Questions are geared toward the world of work. A scale score is available, but may be converted to grade level if necessary. This assessment may be used to determine if an individual has the minimum skills required for training or for certain employment opportunities.

* Career Scope Assessment and Reporting System
This is a comprehensive self-administered system that measures both aptitude and interest through valid and reliable assessment tasks. The results are instrumental in helping an individual begin the career or educational planning process.

* Career Clips
This is a link to Internet based video clips that display basic functions for a variety of occupations. Along with assessment, these real world glimpses of careers in action help an individual determine if the training or employment that they have been considering is a truly good fit for them.

Employability & Work Maturity Skills
This research-based program provides you with practical skills for success in the workplace.  It assesses career decision making skills, job seeking skills, work maturity skills and worker effectiveness skills.

O*Net Interest Profiler
This instrument is a self-assessment career exploration tool that can help individuals discover the type of work activities and occupations that they would like and find exciting. Individuals identify and learn about broad interest areas most relevant to them. They can use their interest results to explore the world of work and search local openings.

WinWay Resume Writer
This is an excellent resource to assist individuals in developing a resume that will impress employers. It also links to job openings that match the individual's qualifications.

EmployOn Client Match
This is a powerful job matching system that pulls job listings from hundreds of different sites creating the largest jobs database in the world. This tool helps to efficiently find you a job. You will need to use one of the following member ID & password combinations:
